ClipShare V3 : Tableless XHTML CSS Template

I need a custom template for use with clipshare video sharing script V3. Template with comes with the script is poor design and coding I believe. Need a coder to pimp it to a unique tableless xhtml\css web2 design and meanwhile tune the used code.
