build simple keyword tool

I need a bare-bones tool that allows me to input a .csv file downloaded from Google's keyword tool (has these columns: keyword, competition value, month's search volume, global search volume). The required action of the software is to then add some extra Google information: "the number of competing websites value" for each keyword from the .csv file. That is to say, if each of the keywords in the .csv file were manually input into google search, I'm looking for the number of competing websites for every keyword (this value shows up in the top left of every google search) The end result would be an exportable csv file with the following columns: Keyword - Searches Per Month - Number of Google Results (competing webpages) Then I would like to make some simple comparisons from those columned numbers but I will leave that discussion for after I have chosen my architect. ## Deliverables I prefer my Mac for my computing needs but I do have a PC. A web-based software would be acceptable if you don't write for Mac. this software will be extracting data from Google and literally doing searches and gathering the 'results' value from each search. Therefore it is important that there be about a 7 second delay between searches so no red flags are thrown by Google during the data extraction. The problem I have here is that I am not able to analyze large amounts of data quickly enough. I need a software to use the "search volume" value and the "search results" value for each keyword in order to evaluate its usefulness. I will give you the parameters after the job is accepted. They are simple parameters such as, if the keyword has a search of 400 and results of 400, then this will tell me the keyword's usefulness to me.
