Blog and Ping 10 sites

Hello, I am looking for someone (preferrably a team or company) who is familiar with the blog and ping process and that can blog and ping multiple sites at once. I have 10 sites with about 1000-3000 pages each that need to be blogged and pinged. Task that would need to be done... The creation of [login to view URL] accounts for each site being blogged and pinged. The creation of myYahoo accounts with the news feed of the blog in it. Each site would have to have 2-3 post made every 20-25 minutes up to a maximum of 99 / day until all the pages are in. --You could use automated programs to do the blogging and pinging as well. Updates of the blogs created and [login to view URL] accounts would need to be sent to me every few days. Please suggest fair prices per site for this job..
