BMV leads generation project - UK

The project is a trial to source 25 good quality leads for my business which specialises in buying UK residential properties under the market value from distressed or motivated sellers: a) distressed sellers = people who have suffered a bereavement, getting divorced, are going to be repossessed or have severe financial problems b) motivated sellers = people who are emigrating, new couples selling individual properties to buy a joint property, people downsizing their properties when they retire, relocating within the UK for job reasons etc. I will pay a fee per lead generated which should be fully contactable i.e. must have full property details supplied, correct contact telephone number and address etc. If you are interested in this project, I will send you full details of the lead information required by separate email. I would prefer to generate leads in the West Midlands area if possible (Worcestershire, Shropshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire) and also Yorkshire (West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire). I will pay a fixed fee of up to £10 per fully completed lead provided with correct contact information.
