To understand the rebate, you must understand, the nature of the business, the nature of the bizness on one in which, the products which are orders off the website are delivered to the user on a credit, now the users are meant to pay within a certain period, which is the grace period e.g 14days , 7 days, depending on the agreement that was signed between both parties.
if the users are able to make his payment within the grace period consistently with no single default within a period of 3 month then he gets a rebate of 3% of his total order at the end of every 3rd month i.e 90 days
so therefore, the grace period will be calculated from the date the order was place to the date it was completed within woocommerce,
see it this way. 1) there is a grace period ( x number of days) 2)
2) A rebate timeline (once every 90 days)
3) A rebate amount (3% of the total amount within the rebate timeline)
4) qualification criteria (the difference between the day the order was delivered, t the day it was marked as completed within woocommerce)

In addition, i will like to alter the registration process whereby the admin will be creating the username from the backend, and then what was created at the backend will appear on the registration pages in form of a dropdown menu, Now the first step to registration will be choosing a username, and then after that, users can then complete the registration process by completing the form.
