Hello, I`m a good PHP/ HTML/ CSS/ jQuery/ MySQL coder. I can build from ground up your web app, OR build it on top of wordpress (make a theme which contains all the functionality you require). For the first the price is 750$ because I`ll have to handle some parts of the app (login for example), for the wordpress version the price is 500$ as I`ll have less work to do, but you`ll have the assurance that any security issue will be addressed by the wordpress team, by updates. Both of them I can use Bootstrap OR jQuery Mobile for the frontend for responsiveness. If is not based on wordpress I will design the MySQL database to fit your needs and for you to be easier to use the data from database. For the wordpress version I can use wordpress own functions to store data, including for user management. Can you tell me which payment method you chosed? (Paypal or another gateway/ provider/ API?) I can be reached by freelancer own messaging system/ on the project time by skype/ and I`ll answer after the project for any issue and development of the app. By the way, my code is clean and fast, commented and well formated so future development will not be a problem.
