A Website based on another similar one

We need a similar website with the following one: [login to view URL] Please find below the main requirements: 1. The website must be as much maintainable as possible. We need to add/remove sections, to modify the content (text & photo),etc. 2. The "get quote form" should have the following functionality: a. It MUST be alike the one in the [login to view URL] b. It MUST support a Suppliers section like the one: [login to view URL] c. In the suppliers section the supplier will be able : i. To register ii. After login they MUST be able to give a price for a product iii. Those prices along with the time & date of insertion MUST be stored in a database 3. The "Get Quote" form should provide the following functionalities once the visitor inserts all the required data and presses the Get Quote button: i. The form will check the database (see [login to view URL] above) and will find the the cheapest supplier for TODAY. ii. The result MUST be presented to the user in a very friendly way, in a form similar to the one of boilerjuice ( please test it so that you can see - just use a UK postal code and give your email) ii. When the best price is presented a ORDER NOW button MUST be present as well. iii. When the ORDER NOW button is pressed a form MUST CAN BE FILLED IN. iv. An email MUST be sent to the user just after the GET QUOTE button is pressed. The email MUST include the same data as in the result form (see [login to view URL]) - again it should be similar to the one of boilerjuice. V. After the order form is filled in correctly a confirmation email MUST be sent to the user. VI. Also an email with the order form data MUST be sent to the selected supplier and to the webmaster. VII. For each Succesfull price quotation all the inserted data should be kept in a database that can be extractable as an excel file. 4.
