Build a website with mySQL and credit card/paypal

I would like to have a professional web builder completely redo my website([login to view URL]). Make it run smoothly without any hitches or glitches, make it look pretty and professional on all types of devices. The website should give information about the products, collect information about the users, process credit card payments, allow people to report their tags missing and offer a reward. This site currently works but it doesn't look very good and there are some glitches. Here is a list of my current pages and their function: index.shtml-Displays the 2 products, has links for login, register and email. It currently doesn't say how to purchase one though, it should be clear. They have to register to make a purchase but it doesn't say that. Login.php- Allows a user to login, checks against the mySQL db username and password. Shows links: purchase, register tag, report lost, myAccount Register.php- Checks against MYSQL db for duplicates and then stores username and password purchase.php-shows the 2 products and select boxes for selecting quantity-then there are other pages that the user can navigate through to collect their address and personal info and complete the purchase. After a purchase is made I will manually enter the serial number of the tag I sent them. register.php- allows the user to update the database with the description of whatever the tag is attached to. I list all tags associated with their email address. I have 4 tables in the database. One with emails as unique and one with serial numbers as unique, one is a counter and one stores info after user makes a purchase. Tables: finderTag finderTagCounter finderTagDevices FinderTagOrders I think this is not very hard. But it is important you are able to get the paypal working good. And it should look nice.
