Build a simple delivery Website and logo

We need a very simple delivery/courier website built. the example website is [login to view URL] drop down menu for multiple cities in multiple states. admin menu that will give us full sales reports for day, week and month. a order received cue that shows how many deliveries are ahead of you so you get an idea of when your delivery will arrive. text feature that will send text to our drivers when new order is received. a " preferred partners" tab that will have 30 small clickable images that will then forward you to another page with information about that partner. which wil receive free deliveries customers need a clickable box for cash or credit card andability to pay with credit card on the website fast and easy. budget for this project is $300 all other bids will be deleted. please ask questions if you do not understand what we need. files and code will be uploaded to OUR SERVERS for functionality test prior to any funds being released. as we see progress on OUR servers we will release milestones as agreed upon. logo is something similar to these examples but incorporating the name "Double Time Delivery"
