Build e-commerce site - repost 2

This is a repost of this project since my client changed their scope for the project. Overview: I need 3 websites total. 1 website domain is already there with a wordpress website. The other 2 websites have had the domain bought already and we are awaiting hosting website. For the first website, it will be a simple wordpress website. The website will look like: [login to view URL] . There will be no page options on the site. The website will have a simple buttons at the bottom redirecting (2 sides of the background picture) to 2 sister ecommerce sites. The front page will have a brief company description. The background picture, company logo, and company description will be provided. The second website is currently in wordpress form. The website will be transformed into an ecommerce website. This ecommerce website will have a catalog of products to show to general consumers. General consumers will not be able to purchase products as the products are sold at wholesale quanitities. A membership will need to be created for each potential customer (customer will fill out a form including info and be able to attach pictures for proof of certain licenses). Also the site needs to track which products are bought more as well as some basic tracking statistics such as time spent on each page and website statistics in that area ( more details to come). No payment system needed, once customer orders the site will generate purchase order for the client and the shipping/order details will be emailed to an email address. The user interface will need to be easy for website owners to upload, remove, add items as well as change quantities, and set inventory limits on product. All content will be provided in pictures, or excel data or whatever form is most convenient for the website software. The third website will be another ecommerce site. This site will allow both a general consumer side and a wholesale side. When the website loads, options needed to be provided for website visitors to apply to be a whole sale customer; please see the website at the top right, [login to view URL], there could also be a pop up to redirect traffic in the correct direction. There will be different items offered between the retail side and wholesale side of the site. For the retail side a payment system will need to be developed. For the wholesale side the items will be sent as an email to a specified email address. The user interface will need to be easy for website owners to upload, remove, add items as well as change quantities, and set inventory limits on product. This website will include a few other pages including information about the company, a bio on the expert, social media links to blogs, education, etc. and all content will provided. We will also need some generic user manuals for both sites. The user manuals can teach things like how to view reports, add items, remove items, change quantities, etc,. we like the way the product page looks on this site, use as a reference: [login to view URL] I am looking for a professional business/contractor to work long term with. Please provide a reference to a customer that has dealt extensively with your communication skills. Communication is the most important thing I am looking for I expect clear and fast responses through email or phone call. Other communication services include 24/7 skype and phone chat support is highly recommended. Proficiency in English is recommended as well. NDA agreements will need to be signed. Budget is between 1500-4500$ (option only allows 1500-3000 below). Please also include an estimated time line for the complete. Also please let me know if there will be a difference in price for uploading content, My clients are willing to upload content as long as the instructions are easy.
