Build a Website

I have a legal back round and would like to build a web site that promotes wills and allow the client/customer to answer questions so we can build draft a will for them or all the client and customer will enter their information and a will format will be suggested. They can then print off the will. Accordingly I would like to build a web site will do the following: 1. Promote my business and give information about the importance of a will and the down side to not having a will 2. A range of options will be give, such as are you single, are you married with children, are you living in a committed relationship with children or without children, a series of questions will be answered for the above options and upon completion a template will appear for the client to fill out and complete. After completion a draft of their will is completed ready for perusal and execution. 3. Data storage of information is important 4. Answering questions on line 5. after the question have been answered completely a template will be provided for the client to fill out and their will produced 6. A help section should be produced either words or video to explain how to fill answer the question. 7. The website should be fully tested to see if it works 8. You should do research of similar sites for ideas in building my website 9. You should make recommendation based on your experience. 10. The site should be able to make payment that is secure or payment could be made by a branded site with excellent security features 11. The site should offer other income streams for such as life insurance promotions that will send them to a link where I will be paid for the lead and a portion of the insurance if they buy the product. 12. The site should be able to allow the data to be sent to an outsourcing office to complete the will if the client does not want to do his own or because it is a complicated will (because there is lot of wealth to distribute). 13. The site should be able to do live witnessing of the will being signed if required. 14. Site should look nice, be easy to use, a video or written help section needs to be accessible all the time.
