Bridal-themed website designs needed. - 9-10 total site designs.

I need a developer (or developers) who have experience designing elegant and professional websites. This project is for site design only. We wish to pay $25-$30 PER SITE (not for whole project) so if you have the ability to crank out 20 sites in 4 days, then I'll pay accordingly, but if you crank out 1 site in 3 weeks, I'll also pay accordingly. These sites are to be simple and to the point. They should have a soft feel to them. They should also be web-optimized and load in a reasonable time. No Flash animations, no exceptions. I need 9-10 different themed website templates. They all need to revolve around romance/weddings/bridal themes. Roses and white hearts and wedding bells and all that need to be incorporated into these sites. Users of our hosting service will them choose a template and use our proprietary software to populate the site. PHPNUKE/DOTNETNUKE templates welcome as well. Any major GPL portal/nuke/CMS -compatible package template welcome with prior approval. ## Deliverables Pages should be in HTML and not use any scripts unless you tell me first. ASP and PHP are the only scripting platforms accepted, no JSP/CGI/Coldfusion/etc. A few requirements of the pages you will design: Each has to have a unique front page with room for between 2-10 menuitems. You will create a master logo for the site that is editable in Photoshop. You will create master menuitem logos that are editable in photoshop or can have text placed on them inline. You will create a sub-page template that looks like the main page but not as busy, and is meant for individual topics, not a site's homepage. All this project is can be summed up in 5 items: 1. Main logo (you make it fit with the rest of your design, we trust your artistic skills) 2. Main page layout - Should be romantic and wedding themed. Again, we trust your artistic skills. 3. Individual menu items (for clicking to new pages) that integrate with your schema and theme. 4. Subpage layout - same scheme as main page but laid out for single-topic functionality. 5. A standalone blank page with a background color scheme that matches the rest of the site. The main page will have links to such pages as photo gallery, numerous 'blog' type pages, contact pages, etc. The end user/webmaster who will be buying these websites will choose the template they wish to use and then edit a content management system to populate their website. Like we said, if you can integrate this with a populate GPL (general public license) product, more power to you, but keep in mind that simple brand new sites will work as well. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
