adapt and ameliorate my website

Hello, I've a free sms sending script ([login to view URL]) I would like to add PTC, PTS, free scratching games and an internal store. Thanks to this, member could win points, which would be transformed into sms. You will are to base yourself on existing script, adapt it, and create a new design. All details about project are in a pdf files, and details about design are in a few pictures. Just request for it if you are interested in the project. You have to send me a PM before placing your bid, to obtain details about the project. Please note that i'm french, but you can work in english. At the end, you and me will translate it into french.
