Looking to skin an existing website with a funky design as inspired by websites such as [login to view URL] and http://www.thewildernessdowntown.com. If you can build something that is as cool (and it doesn't have to be as technically awesome, but still cool, if simple), then please submit your samples. Looking for some interactive elements and the ability to post high-res graphics, which I will provide. You must also be able to work with existing php code. This is a test run for future projects for other websites elements. I also have a max budget of between $50 - 75 CDN.
