Custom Flash Video Player + Wordpress Plugin

I am looking to have two things done:

1) Create a custom flash video player for my wordpress blog.

2) Create a custom Wordpress plugin that displays my video interface.

==== CUSTOM FLASH VIDEO PLAYER ====

- I want to create a similar video player to the one on Break.com.

- The features I want on the player:

PLAY/PAUSE, Progress Bar, Time and Length, Volume Control, EMBED button with code display and Wordpress permalink.

I will create the design in Adobe Photoshop and provide to you for the structure of the player.

NOTE:

* The video embed code will not autoplay but I want to be able to autoplay the video manually through the code if I need to.

==== CUSTOM WORDPRESS PLUGIN ====

- The best possible interface for me to insert my videos and it's platform in my "VIDEOS" category. Check out the example page structure below.

- The features I want to display in a VIDEO post:

My Video Player with AutoPlay turned on, Video Description, "Video Codes" textarea forms w/ URL and Embed Code, "Related Videos" based on Wordpress tags.

- I will be placing the FLV files on my server. I can upload the files to a folder and place the filename inside of an input area for my wordpress video post.

- Not all of my video postings will be placed in my video player. I might occasionally want to embed a Youtube video in replacement. I would like the option to just place an embed code as an alternative solution.

NOTE:

* I currently have my Wordpress posts setup in different categories such as Articles, New Music, Videos, Photos, etc... I would like to do this is the cleanest possible way for my video posts. In other words, my article pages look like a typical article page... if I post a video, I want it to look similar to the video interface in the example link above.
