Convert Video to Flash and Upload

Hello, I have a video I need converted into flash and placed on the homepage of my site. Currently the video is in .mov format but I can convert it to any other major video format (.avi, .mp4, etc.) and make any changes you need regarding the compression rate, etc. I do not want an embed from YouTube or any other video sharing site. I will accept JW player or flow player. Ideally, the video should also play on mobile devices. My website is: [login to view URL] I have attached a mockup.
