Company Website Property Agent

Hello, I am to lanuch an estate agency and require a website. I am at an early stage of deciding on the wording but will work with the developer ocen the design had been developed. The company is a modern estate agency with a new concept, the website needs to reflect this. A developer with flair is required as Flash introduction and menu/navigation would be required. The website will be 95% static pages ( about 6 pages) , but one page will require feed from an existing property portal - ( this may just be a link in this phase one) - but the same developer WILL be required for phase 2 and maintenance on going. I am keen to establish that the chosen developer has stylish ideas and he/she can point me to previously developed sites. or portfolio The key to my website must be Clean, Crisp, Easy to use, Minimalistic but eye catching.
