Look up the key word "Sports Arbitrage". Read about it, understand it, know everything about it. Afterwards, review the portfolios of WebOArt.com. If you think you can blow away WebOArt and build an entire site for us from the ground up (including the About, FAQ, Terms of Service, Private Policy), then please feel free to bid. The only thing we have is an idea of the layout and some information. Everything else is in your control. I must see examples from your portfolios. Price is not an issue, but I will demand a FANTASTIC website and will not pay until I see one. So please don't bid unless you are confident about your work. If you are selected, you will most likely be asked again for help in the future.
