Build Flash Game

I need someone who can help me build a flash game. The game should be able to: 1) Flash based 2) Link to backend. User can register and play the game. So it should either work with mysql database/ php etc 3) User can chat in the game, like a chat room 4) Game is multiplayer - each player will have a character 5) Game space is limited a specific size, eg take for example bubble bubble, in 2D type game 6) The game must have pyshic, like gravity, motion etc If you have done these type of game, please bid.
