Bingo game editor

This should be relatively simple. I would like an editor for a bingo game. The output of the editor is an executable bingo game (either an .exe or something I can load to a website and people can play as a flash or javascript app). You are not coding a bingo game itself. The output of the editor is a bingo card executable. The executable should allow the user to randomize the squares, click on squares as tehy get called out. However, the squares will also be right-clickable. Right clicking brings up a little window, with text about the square which may include a hyperlink. It should also allow the user to print out bingo cards. The editor is simply a table. One column will have the picture or text that should be in each square. The next column will have the text that will come up when you right click on a square. As an example, I use the editor to make an executable with pictures or animals, or just the word like "dog". The kid walks around a zoo with his bingo card that he printed from the executable (or with a laptop or i-phone) and left clicks on the square as he passes the correct animal. He can right click on any square to get information about that animal. The editor can be used to make bingo out of anything. The editor should allow me to specify how big the bingo card will be in the executable. If there are more entries in the table than there are squares in the bingo card, then it should know to fill it randomly from all the available entries. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. One more thing I would like to add.. the javascript program that the [login to view URL] outputs should have the following features 1) play bingo online live a)have an X put across the box when it is left clicked b)Have a little text box come up when you right click on a square with information about the contents of the square. The text box may have hyperlinks in it to support what the text says c) New game feature that shuffles the boxes d) A print feature 2) the print feature should allow you to print out just the bingo card 3) a second print feature should allow you to print out a booklet (or multiple booklets). a) each booklet would have a shuffled bingo card as the front page b) each square on the bingo card would have a little number in the corner. This number could simply be the row number from the editor c) The booklet would have all the text boxes printed out, listed by row number. At the end of each text would be a list of hyperlinks that the on-line version uses. I will send a sample booklet to you if you still like this project. I think we have come to settle that the bingo card editor should be a .EXE file that I, and only I can run on my computer. The output of [login to view URL] should be a javascript file that people can play directly online when they click someone on my blog/website or that they can download to their computer/phone. Please modify your bids if necessary, but I am told that this refinement should be much more work if any. ## Platform Well at worst the editor and executable should run on a windows PC. At best the editor runs on a PC and the executable is available at a website in flash or javascript and can run on any computer.
