i've got a Flash /CS4 built webiste. in the contact us page i need to add a button for enquiries. when the button is clicked few fields will show like (First Name, Last name, Company, Email, and Subject) and a submit button will show as well. when submit is clicked the webiste should send a the admin email the user enquiry and display a confirmation for the user that his email has been sent. an exmaple would be: [[url removed, login to view]][1] contact page.
