Adavnced Excel Spreadsheet to work on iPad

Hello.. I have an adavnced excel spreadsheet that i have created for a client. Since the capibilites of the ipad excel programs do not use all formulas i need an alternative for this to work. Should not take very long if you are experinced apple dev or even excel dev. All formuals must work and must not have any difference to the spreadsheet. I would pefer the app version but if not a webpage version of the file would be great to upload and be accessed anywhere but the file must be saved and also a print option would be needed or email function of the .xls file when needed by the user.
