convert access to mysql and php

I will need to create a db schema for wash products and special service products with mysql and php. if you choose Last Record from the Weekly Main menu you'll notice that there are a bunch numbers. For the Beg Inv: i will need for this to only be enter the first time a record for a specific location is inserted into the db. They will need to be able to enter Rcv'd, End Inv and # of Cars. You'll notice that only the first row # of Cars is blue, which means that all the grayed out columns for # of cars are the same except for when you get down to twl, ww, and None. product and size comes from the products table all other fields are done by calculations you can get the calculations from the access db. close out the form. and hit new record from the Weekly Main Menu. you'll notice that Beg. Inv. gets carried over from End Inv. of the last record you just closed out. here they'll have to enter the Rcv'd, End [login to view URL] # of Cars, and their Initials up on top. start and end date will get poplulated depending on what today is and start date starts on wednesday and ends on thursday. Every location is different so I would need for the user to be able to select their location and the last record entered should populate then they'll be able to create a new record from some data in the last record, that is, list the products, size, and Beg.
