content arrangement and upload

hi, I need someone with alot of experience with css, html and simply uploading files to the internet (and who is able to work fast) More specifically you will arrange content in a template - you will ofcourse be provided with the template. for each article you will need to add a few things to the shtml page such as title and headline. Then the article needs to be split up in 2 and put on 2 seperate pages. The job is pretty straightforward, but you will be given precise intructions.
