capturing camera in VC++

hi I need a **well documented program** which will do following 1) it will detect **_multiple_** cameras attached with the pc , cameras may be a web cam or a DV CAM. will present this in a combo box or any other type of control to select one camera out of these. 2) selected camera's stream will be fetched in and displayed to screen 3) now while viweing I should be able to setup the **alpha** value and some other parameters etc. I may provide code for alpha. it must be done using **Visual C++, using directshow. it is part of a bigger task and you may expect further work on it. Deadline is important.
