I need a backend coded for a website I have thats going to be able to take leads in from a CSV file so I can sell leads to my clients. Im going to be importing credit repair leads on a daily basis. I would prefer it to be programmed in php. I need to be able to have a lead pool where all the leads will be able to sit in. I will need to be able to add companies that are buying the leads from me. I will need to be able to give them a quota based on how many they purchased. I will need to be able to move the leads from the leadpool around to diffrent companies. I need to be able to give the companies a short msg if needed. be able to lock and delete accounts. I would also like to put notes down in the companies so I know whats going on with them. If this sounds like something you would be intrested in let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
