C# WinForms Application (Refactoring,Maintenance,work with Lead Developer)

Here is some pertinent information and some requirements 1) There is already Existing framework and codebase in place 2) Collaborate with existing lead developer 3) Independently work on task (with appropriate documentation of course) The coder will be able to apply solid end user design and programming methodology to accomplish task (no sloppy code) 4) Maintenance - since 75% to 80% of the programming project is complete, the coder will be various assigned debugging tasks. 5) Refactoring/Code Optimization - some code may be extremely slow in some areas of the program, I would have the coder proved solutions to improve performance (i.e. large dataset loads slowly/consumes alot of RAM a paging solution of some sort with progress dialog would be acceptable). 6) At the offset of the project, daily updates will need to be given. I will afford a coder a certain leeway in climbing the learning curve initially. I have set up a project tracker online to track the status of each individual task. To meet this requirement all the coder needs to do is update tracker with status information and a small description and/or just send me an email, etc. 7) The ideal coder will be an extremely strong C# coder and have WinForms experience. I need to contract coders for 2-3 months to work alongside me on this project. We can discuss a per hour rate or possibly a per project rate. I am looking to build long-term relationship with a development outfit (be it individuals, a company, etc.) to build a core development team for my company. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, 2000, 2003 Server
