Dating software PHP/MYSQL

We have outgrown our present custom made dating software and are looking for custom built, high quality replacement. Modular build - Extensive Admin area - Template system - Generate new site from master database setting and controlling all demographics, server, database settings from admin - Front end scripting must be fast (we use clustered mysql). Example admin areas we like [url removed, login to view] We have also set up a demo site using our present software so you can see most of the features we need. Database structure must be fast (our present structure is slow due to additions made over the years which is why its time to start fresh). We will need a script that will import our present data into the new mysql tables. Please keep in mind that this is an established site so all members photo uploads should use same path and naming (thumb and main photo etc). Please supply link to previous dating site software you have developed if possible (more interested in seeing the admin area then front end) You will need to document all code. When bidding please keep in mind that this is no small project, we know that it will take 3-4 weeks build time.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done + full documentation of code.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
