Database web service and an ASP.NET web site to display results

We have two servers. The first is a SQL Server 2005 server. The second is an IIS 6 web server. We need the following: 1. A web service that will run on the SQL server. You can use any mock database you want as we'll just change the select statement on the delivered product, but the SELECT statement delivers 3 fields: "URL", "SiteName" and "UserID". The web service then simply publishes the resulting data from the SQL query over HTTPS/SSL (443). 2. A simple ASP.NET web page that consumes the web service in #1 above, filtering by the currently logged on user's ID i.e. only displaying the sites the current user has access to that is on the list. The list should be in the form of a list of links that display the SiteName as an URL hotlink to the URL i.e. if I got the following values: [login to view URL] First SiteMyID Then the page would simply list "My First Site" which, if I click on it would take me to Microsoft's site. All code MUST be C# based. This is needed ASAP! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
