Data Extraction from Website

This is to extract data from websites. It would be a simple application which would run to get the database from the govt database websites in few hours or days. This would be a very very small work for a seasoned IT programmer. What I need is to extract data from state database sites providing the information of unclaimed money. <[login to view URL]> For example you may visit this link. I would be giving you a series of lastname lists using which the quires need to be executed and the database needs to be extracted from the links. There are around 8 different sites on which I need this to be done. Kindly let me know could you do this??? It is a simple work for a programmer and I am ready to pay only for the application and I will run it at my end to get the datas. If you are able to run it and get me the database as well I will pay for that too.
