C# Data Access Layer

I would like a c# developer to implement a data access layer for me. I have the tables( about 12 ) and the stored procedures I roughly want to use. I need somebody to implement the factory methods and the methods that call the stored procedures. I will provide the method interfaces. You will design the test cases and implement the methods that call the stored procs and test cases for them. I will provide you with the sql( create table and stored procs ) and method signatures for each of the objects. - - all of the code must be documented - all the test cases must return successfully Your written english must be very strong. I am not looking for the lowest bidder I looking for a high quality developer that I can trust and develop a working relationsihp with. Therefore before accepting a contractor I would like to see a small example of work that you've done. ie. attach a .cs or 2 If I'm happy with your work and we work well together then I will be able to offer you fairly consistent work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The first deliverable from you would be the test harness in textual format for us to agree on. This is to review the harness and agree on whats to be tested and whats not. 5) The second deliverable would be the entire test cases implemented and 1 of the major objects implemented( ie. test cases work for that object ) with all the rest of the test cases failing. This is for reviewing purposes. 6) Once we agree on a the test harness then you can complete the project. 7) All of the code(including test cases) must be documented in clear english. 8) Variable names etc. must be in english. 9) All the test cases must return successfully. 10) Objects and methods are implemented using the signatures provided.
