This site will be an ajax website like igoogle([url removed, login to view]), with drag and drop move-ability of the "nodes" but have the ability to insert widgets of any type (javascript, flash, div-based). This requires someone who understands how to layout a foundation for maximum flexibility in the future . - No Graphics work needed. This is a proof of concept website at this time, so only the best programmers are needed at the moment.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Additional In depth Description:

The 3 or 4 main components of laying this foundation is to build:

1) New user signup process with capchta ([url removed, login to view]), user level login/logout functionality with session-state stored with cookies, and a "Group" aspect to the user-level administration allowing users who are not a part of a "Group" to form their own "Group", and invite others to sign up (sort of like a "invite a friend" experience).

2) CSS customization so that the tables and/or border colors and text can be configured per user. CSS Hierarchy should be designed so that there are multiple levels of CSS styles, and "Group" CSS styles can be customized by a "group admin" user that would then apply for all members of their group. The only exception to this is if a member of their group elected to change the CSS options for either their profile, or a particular "node" on the screen. In this way, a user within a group could customize the CSS formatting of their own page without affecting others in their own group. Each user should be able to create multiple CSS-styles, which would then be saved under their profile, in the user admin database. Each user should then also have the ability to publish any of their styles to a separate database called 'SharedStyles' where it would then be accessible to other users. The CSS customization should be driven by either javascript interface or another technology similar to the drop down menus that each node on [url removed, login to view] have.

3) Widgets - each node should be designed so that a variety of objects can be inserted into each node. The node should have a drop down menu that enables a user to cut and paste the code from another website into this node, click "save" and then see the resulting widget within the node. Nodes should be editable as well, in the event that the widget code needs to be modified or updated. Some example widgets that should work within nodes:

[url removed, login to view]

4) Nodes should be like the [url removed, login to view] nodes but have the ability to be resized (with some minimum height & width values to be determined by the developer). The nodes should also be movable around the screen when in "design" mode, to enable users to place nodes as close together as possible. The upper left corner of each node should be measured against the available screen size ([url removed, login to view]) and have the ability to be moved anywhere on the visible screen in 5 pixel increments, through a drag and drop type of experience.

## Platform

- web interface should be cross-browser compatible (Firefox 2 & Safari 2)

([url removed, login to view])

- you will be given access to a web server running PHP version 5.2.3 and MySQL version 5.0.27-standard.
