Create a web page for me - a high school teacher

I am a high school speech-language patholgoist. I co-teach English classes, and I want a website that is a resource for my students. I would like to have the following sections on my page 1. A place for students to download handouts/notes from English 10 2. A place for students to download handouts/notes from Film Study 3. A place for me to list links to other valuable websites 4. A place for me to post vocabulary lists that students should know 5. A place for students to submit their writing pieces to me (even if it's just a link to my email address) 6. I would like my webpage to be visually appealing (make it look scholarly) 7. A place for students to access that has study guides, hints, and things like that 8. A place (forum) for students to post comments about what books they are reading or the films they are watching. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 9. I want to preview the website before I pay for it. 10. I would like to have instructions so that I am able to update the webpage myself. I just need help to create the initial page. 11. I need hardware/software requirements for maintaining my website. ## Platform Not sure...it's a website creation project.
