In 2006 i ran for political office. I am running again in 2008 with a new domain name for my website. I already have the new domain name and isp (godaddy)
**I need someone to upload my old pages to the new domain, and fix the pages to work with the new address.
**
The old/new site had a home page (duh) and 6 or 7 subpages. There was a page that had 40-50 photo's from the campaign trail (each had a thumbnail & large pic) There will also be a page that will accept online contributions.
If you need more info, please ask!
Here is a copy of an email from my former webmaster:
When I wrote the website, I used a common practice of addressing each page. This allowed the website to function even if one page or link was broken. For example, the homepage was [[login to view URL]][1], and all sub pages referenced to it as such and so on for all of the other pages. So if I were to upload the website to [[login to view URL]][2] the reference to [[login to view URL]][3] would be gone, and none of the links or pages would load. I can gladly give you the content of the old site, however, unless you use your old website name, the site is useless. You will need to have someone either write a new site for you, or rewrite the old one. Both tasks will probably take an equal amount of time. Let me know if you'd like me to send you a CD with the website content or put it out on the web for download.
**"The content is available on the web for download"**
