Complete 1/2 finished web site

All web coders, Please find enclosed in the attached zip file the specifications for this job I would like you to do for me. I have a half completed web site here that someone else tried to build for me using php (I didn't even ask him to do it for me in php). I need you to complete this web site, using exactly the same "look and feel" as this half completed site. The good thing about what has already been completed is that I am very happy with the template that has been designed. It just needs to be completed now, and the instructions on what to finish are in the attachment. Please could you get back to me soonest with a quote on finishing it for me. I am hoping that it will be a very simple job. Regards, Jim Beam. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
