Camp Internet/Software Application

Hello There! I am looking for a great programmer or team to assist me in designing a very unique, very interactive Internet application. We are looking for a way to serve summer camps by providing them with great interactive features that they can make available to parents and kids. For example, please visit <[login to view URL]> We will be doing all of the design of the website, we only need assistance in the programming. Below are the features we need completed: 1. Search Engine- this would allow parents and kids to search for summer camps by type, location, size, cost, etc. This should also have an easy to use admin interface that will allow us to add/update/delete camps. 2. Photo Gallery- This is an area that we will add to individual camp websites that allows them to take pictures of kids during the day, upload them either via email or some type of software application on the camp's computer and have them automatically post to the camp's website. The parents of the kids can then login with a username and password and see pictues of the camp and their kids. The main thing here is that this needs to be automatic. It has to run by itself with very little human intervention. 3. Camp Email- This is a system that allows parents to log on to the camp's website and send their child an email note on a daily basis if need be. The notes are then compiled daily and sent as one attachment to the camp where they can print out the notes and distribute to campers. 4. Camp Surveys- We also want a system that will easily allow camps to create online/email surveys and send them out to parents and kids. This should also include a easy admin area where camp workers can create surveys with a few clicks and have them sent to all camp familys. 5. Finally we will need a "shopping cart" solution that allows camp administrators to sign up for the different services through our website. This nees to accept credit cards and add the camp to a central database. This is a good sized project. Please only bid if you have serious programming skills and settle for nothing less than excellence. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We have yet to decide on servers or platforms yet. Please provide suggestions as to what you think will work best and why.
