CSS work: Turn CometRealtors design into SEO-friendly external CSS

Copy [login to view URL] into an external CSS file, so that I can make CometFunding, CometCredit, etc. - othere comet sites - all conform to the same look. I need someone that knows CSS well, as ideally the side-bar things (i.e. with that blue stripe) would be css div's, fonts for the various last, I may need a bit of help/advice how to make new sites with the CSS in place...i'm not really a programmer but use dreamweaver and some basic php.
