CSS Layout/Website Design

We need complete CSS layout for our website based on existing color scheme. I have attached an example picture of where the the design needs to be implemented. There are about 20 to 30 pages which need the design. we'll provide access to our new development site to winner of the bid. The money will be given at the completion of the project please don't ask for them ahead of time. If there's any question please feel free to ask Thanks you, ---------- SOME DETAIL ABOUT THIS PROJECT --------- Attached Project Image... have blackbox in middle... where we needs design. The design requires images/icons and CSS layout to be fit in middle section of each page. Its certainly less over-head for any designer because he/she has to design only middle section of each page and no worries for TOP/RIGHT hand sections [does not include in desing]. We need some images/icons for top/right hand sections for example tag-cloud image, pepople-network image, settings image thats all i can think at the moment. Secondly: we have a existing CSS which certainly needs improvement, which have effects on TOP/Right Hand sections. Third: there no programming involved in this project. fourth: no javscript for CSS style implementation. fifth: prefer CSS layout, incase of any limitation that does not allow then we can accept table based design. sixth: IE 6/7, FireFox compatibility required. seventh: Please keep in mind that its just CSS layout/Images/Icons requirement [only for middle section of each page] eight: CSS size should not be too big. think to create some generic style which could easily apply on other sections, this definately will be handy in page loading time and also less work for designer. nineth: Please before asking any question, just spend couple of minutes on attached project image, [BLACK BOX AREA REQUIRE CSS LAYOUT WITH IMAGES/ICONS] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
