Content website to be created : - pre-alpha of website will be sent to coder. - graphics already done - to be created : poll system, forums, user account, admin, news, agenda/calendar - php / mysql All the details are described in the word file appended. notes : - no open CMS will be accepted (Mambo, *nuke*, etc...) . You can leech code of a open-source CMS (ie: for the forums) as long as you respect the open-source license. - This project is for a non-profit organization. Funds are tight, but deadlines for the project can be extended. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition - Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Source code in ENGLISH only. ## Platform php / mysql
