Business Directory/Search Engine

I require a business directory with a search facility. The index page will look like any search engine such as google. It will for the travel industry and include the following main sections: Flights, Hotels, Car Rental, Cruises, Destinations - each section will require a banner management system. It will require the ability of the admin to edit the site for search engine optimisation Every link that is added must have the option to add a destination url and option of an image also. When a search term is entered the results should be pulled from the database and appear similar to google with he following: - sponsored links on the top - sponsored links on the right hand side Please only bid for this if you can show me a working example of a similar search enging and you can complete the project within the defined time.
