Add Third Column to Sample Page

I have a website design and I'm trying to add a third right column to my design so I can add other thing in the column like adds. I figured out where to put a <TD> tag in the nested tables but can figure out how to get the blue bar table data to go all the way down the page. I added the following change to give me the third column: <!-- NEW START --> <td valign="top" width="100" bgcolor="#B5CBE7"></td> <!-- NEW END --> I need someone with good tools other than my FrontPage 2002 and really good HTML skills to fix the third column so it goes all the way down the right side of the page. The current page design has many nested tables and it's hard to figure out where one begins and ends.
