ATTINY28 SERIAL CONTROL PLL(repost)

I need some code written for a sample project. It will use an ATMEL ATTINT28 (was ATTINY12L but not enough I/O for application) to control a fujitsu E07SL Serial PLL and control power by turning on and off a switching regulator. It will have 8 channels and channel selection will be by single momentary button. the same button will be used for power on and off. The selected channel is to be stored in eprom. Operation is straightforward as follows. push momentary button less than 1 second wakes up micro and turns on regulator. if user presses button again for less than a second, micro turns off regulator. If when on user presses button for 3 seconds or more, led will flash 5 times fast (indicate program mode) the user then presses the button the number of times to indicate a chosen channel (3 pushes = channel 3, 7 pushes = channel 7 etc) if no channel is entered unit goes back to standby (continues where it was before). If the EEPROM stored location gets corrupted (happens sometimes) then default to channel 1. The micro indicates channel whenever the unit is on by flashing (4 flashes pause 4 flashes pause is channel 4) when off LED is off as well. when micro is off it must sleep and wake on button push (save power). data for PLL is included. Code must be well labeled so I can change settings, channels, timing for flash etc. Chosen coder must use ICQ to assist in debugging. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) code must be well labeled and written in ASM 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
