I need a spider which crawls MySpace and adds people to your contacts. It will go to the 'search' section on MySpace, and do either of Two options: 'Find a friend' - and have a place in the application to put in a name. 'Affiliation for networking' - it will also be able to search this, and have a drop down option to select a 'field'. In the search results, it will then move from page to page adding the people to your friends - I.E, putting in a friend request from our MySpace page. It will save all name searches in a .txt file, so if you try to search the same name twice, it will tell you of that. It will also report what page you are on in the search - for instance, 500 pages have returned with 10 people on each page, it will report what page we are on, and have the option to stop and resume at that page. It will not send a request to the same person twice. You will most likely need to account for some kind of cookie that logs you in to MySpace, and you will need to be able to put in a username and password of course, for our MySpace profile, which other people will add. Let me know your ideas. Kind regards.
