Data Entry - Edit links, test links

I have a approximately 250 HTML files that contain a total of approximately 25,000 links. Each link must be tested, if the link is bad it must be edited to relect correct URL (i.e. if it gets forwarded)or removed if the link is dead and the description of each link must be edited to reflect an accurate description of the site. Every link will require some editing. You must be able to read and write english well. Work must be completed in exactly two weeks from date the bid is awarded and completed files must be emailed at least once every two days to facilitate corrections. Looking for experienced help with good ratings. Please see my rating and bid with confidence.
Bid clarification:Bidders seem to think this is a programming scripting job. It is not!
Assume that the link is called "LINK #1" and when you click it, it takes you to the list of Jewelry Stores in Paris France, once you confirm the link is good, read the page you must go back and edit the link to read "Je,welry Stores in Paris France"
This is hand editing work foremost and not a scripting job!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
