Delivery of email campaign content(permission based)

This is going to be an ongoing project, probably 2 to 4 times a month. I have an email template that I need to have redone every time we send out an email promo. All of the content can be taken from our site. We are using bCentral to send out our emails and they require that the images be a certain size. Project may also be expanded in the near future to have custom content delivered. May also need a text version of email delivered as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Clean HTML
