coldfusion virtual admin area via ftp

We have an existing admin area that manages an existing portfolio website with images. What we need to do is upgrade the admin area a bit so that - images can be uploaded by multiple at a time using a flash multi upload function we already have. drag and drop image order which again a function we already have. You will just need to utlize these functions from our existing code from other sites and incorporate. We will also create a new press section which will allow for images to be uploaded except single image at a time with a text field for title, date (drop downs) active flag, and drag drop to change order. Lastly you will create xml for each of the image categories and press, about, clients, contact pages (about, clients and contact already exist in the admin area)? so that a flash version of the website can pull the information and display it. We will choose a developer with good credentials first, then send through access details to view the cms and move forwards from there. Thanks for your time. Daniel
