Coldfusion Guru Needed to Fix Error Message

Hello, I am trying to set up a Coldfusion testing server via Dreamweaver MX 2004 on an Windows XP machine with a local msSQL database. The Website works fine on the production server, but I recieve an error message when trying to preview any page in IE. I have attached a copy of the error message it looks to me like it's a SQL authentication problem, but I really don't know. I need someone to RDP into the PC and fix it, then provide me with a description of the problem and the solution. I will provide the winning bidder with all the details needed to remote in. Also, I need this fixed as soon as possible, so I will accept this bid very quick for the right bidder.
