Control Panel needed for a Website

Greetings Freelancers We have a website: [login to view URL] PROJECT LOGIN We need an open source reliable forum, each topic will be for each project. Only administrator will be able to open new topics. Admins will be the staff and they will assign customers accounts to these topics / projects. It must be multi level and must be able to give permissions to certain people. There will be file uploads here, all types of files, including large files. CMS Each film project will have the following. - Video embed link (vimeo) or upload video - Name - Director - Agency - Tags - Description - Thumbnail / image Trick is, we must be able to assign these projects to locations in the website. You see they are all different types. Directors section is listing the projects by director. Project Login will go to Forum System, for people to view their own topic only and discuss with other project users. Trick is, both of these must be on the same screen. Or we are open to suggestions. ##What we need is an integrated system of CMS and Forum to manage [login to view URL] web site. you can use open source systems. ## Site already has a structure, so you will use the current db for this, or change it if necessary.
