C++ programmer for debugging program in Duluth, Georgia USA

We currently have a PC GUI program written in C++ using Visual Studio 2003. This PC GUI program interfaces with an AS/400 using XML and sockets. The original developer is no longer with the company. We have a bug in the software, all XML data written to the socket are not being read or processed by the GUI program. Program times out and the first few records are displayed. We need someone to come on site (location is Duluth, GA USA) and work with our AS/400 developer, debug the program and determine the cause of the bug and fix it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done saved into a separate directory other then where the current version exists. Original source and executable are to remain as is without any modifications to ensure we have a backup copy prior to any changes. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
