C++ application for charting and data management for stock and commodity data

This has to be a c++ project but if there is existing code and design for some similar applications I would consider it after seeing some demos. The application must be able to chart price data as bar chart and indicators(up to three) as line charts. Screen should be able to be split resized on UI and show price data and indicator data(up to 2). I like to use comma delimited futures price data and yahoo download for daily update. The goal of the application is to calculate (and visually) display certain indicators and unit to be traded for a account size a percentage, and display this data as it changes. Unit calculation has to be kept proprieatery hence I initially thought excel or vba WON'T work. I would consider this bid for J++ experts (or if work is already available and for sale.) Considerations, futures price data has ticksize information of real USD calue of one tick, this information has to be kept somewhere either in memory of in an .ini as it may seldom change or new contract and tick value may be added to the application. Unit calculation is not difficult and use case document will explain. Additional concerns: The application code must be clean commented and modular for possible extensibility of differernt type of price data update (file formats) to interfact data sources. Modular to accept new indicators. The work initially will limit to ADX (Directional Movement System)(DX-, DX+), ATR and Moving Averages for parameterized days(10 days up to 200). let me know if there is a difficulty in using a day as a parameter or just have functions for 20 day MA, 55 Day MA and 100 MA, 200 MA.
